The Lady Garden Foundation is a national women’s health charity, raising awareness and funding for gynaecological health. They started in 2014 and initially funded groundbreaking research into the treatment of these cancers at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in the UK. As the oldest cancer hospital in the world, The Royal Marsden remains one of the largest cancer centres in Europe, with a truly global impact. The LGF raises money to help fund cutting-edge studies, in the hopes of revolutionising the treatment of these cancers, and continues to raise funds and awareness for gynaecological health.
The LGF are excited to announce an amazing new collaboration with jeweller Solange Azagury-Partridge, with a limited edition Hotscripts ‘Lady’ ring. All profits from the sale of this vibrant and fun piece of jewellery go to the LGF to support their work in improving women’s gynaecological health. To date, the Foundation has been fighting to increase the awareness of the five difference gynaecological cancers. These cancers are not talked about and have a devastating mortality rate due to lack of awareness surrounding the symptoms and late diagnoses. The Lady Garden Foundation are on a mission to change this and have been involved with the funding of clinical trials to investigate more personalised treatments for those with a gynaecological cancer diagnosis. Gynaecological health should not be considered a taboo topic, and we must all increase the conversation to ensure these issues are #SilentNoMore.
