BEAUTY INTERVIEW

Jill Brand

Head of Brand, Content and Creative at PVOLVE

What do you do first upon waking?
I’ve never been someone who lingers in bed—once I’m up, I’m out of bed and on-the-move. With three kids (Tali 7.5, Ozi 5, Nuri 2.5), that’s less of a personality trait and more of a survival skill. Mornings are chaos in the best way, but I always start mine with hot water and lemon while I’m getting everyone out the door. My pro tip: I squeeze 12 lemons into a mason jar on Sundays so I am prepped for the week.

What is your morning skincare routine?
Very minimal. I rinse with warm water, spritz Tower 28 SOS Spray, and follow with a light moisturizer. If I have a minute, I’ll ice roll while getting my kid’s breakfast.

What do you eat and drink in the morning?
I know the research now says it’s not great for women, but I have been intermittent fasting for over 6 years now and it really works for me and my body, so I don’t eat anything until 12pm - 1pm.

In the morning I drink hot water and lemon. During my workout I drink 36oz of water with Sculpt 9, which is an incredible amino supplement drink that delivers the muscle-building equivalent of 20g of protein for just 5 calories. It’s light, refreshing, and honestly something I look forward to every morning.

Post-workout, I have my coffee with oat milk and a scoop of Par Olive Marine Collagen and then it’s water with electrolytes until lunch.

Do you have a morning exercise routine?
Movement is a non-negotiable, 7 days a week. I do PVOLVE about 5 days a week and after 6 years, the workouts have only gotten more effective because my mind-body connection is so dialed in.

I play tennis once a week, which I love because it forces me to be fully present—and I’m a big believer in having hobbies as an adult.

I lift heavy one day a week with my trainer Anthony at LIV on the Upper East Side. He and I do super heavy weights, kettlebells, pull-ups, and cardio intervals. I love our strength sessions because they make me feel so powerful and it’s really fun to watch my strength improve. I finally just did my first unassisted pull-up!

What are your key skin tips for traveling?
Consistency wins. I don’t reinvent the wheel when I travel—I have travel-sized everything.

I double cleanse using Revision Skincare’s cleanser, use Tower 28 SOS Spray, followed by their light moisturizer.

When I am on the plane, I use Evolve Together’s sanitizer + hand cream—and I always have Aquaphor on hand. It’s the unsung hero of air travel.

What are your three hero products?
Superieur Electrolytes
– Clean, minimal ingredients, zero sugar, and incredibly hydrating. And because it only has 10mg of sodium, I can drink it all day for elevated hydration and to jazz up my water.

PVOLVE P.band – My coworkers all joke that I am CMO, Chief Muscle Officer at PVOLVE because of my arms. My not-so-secret weapon is the P.band and it’s truly the best way to sculpt lean muscle in your upper-body. The patented gloves keep the resistance in your arms instead of your grip, making upper-body work incredibly efficient. It travels with me everywhere.

Saie Beauty Glowy Supergel, Sunglow – I use this as my first step in my routine every single day. It makes me look luminous and sunkissed in an instant. If I have time for nothing else, I always wear it; it’s impactful yet, undetectable all at the same time, for that no-makeup look.

Favorite treatments before a big event?

  • Spray tan from Sugared + Bronzed—non-negotiable.

  • Facial at Dangene - If you don’t know Dangene, now’s the time to look her up. Best med-spa I have ever been to. Dangene is an OG in the business and has changed my skin.

  • Colonic at Organic Edge in Southampton - I am a big believer in colonics. Shannon at Organic Edge uses a very specialized zero gravity machine that is gentle, yet effective and super hygienic. A must.

What is on the horizon at PVOLVE?
2026 is a major growth year for us at PVOLVE. We’re continuing to expand on our partnership with Jennifer Aniston. We’ve evolved our brand identity to better match our core premise of clinically backed movement designed for longevity and transformation. And we have some really massive partnerships that we will be launching this year across a few lifestyle sectors. We just wrapped a popup at The Four Seasons Anguilla and have a few more exciting popups coming throughout the year - so keep your eye out!

Besides skincare, what else supports your skin, body, and overall wellbeing?
I started peptides about a year and a half ago and have seen a real difference in energy, recovery, and overall resilience (aka fewer colds from my kids!). That said, it’s not something to approach casually—you need high-quality sourcing and professional guidance to make sure you’re not trend-chasing and that you are actually giving your body what it needs at a cellular level.

I cycle my peptides monthly/bi-monthly. This month it’s Mots-C, SS-31, and NAD+ for mitochondrial support and energy. Next month I will be using KPV to reduce inflammation and improve my gut health, as well as GHK-Cu for collagen and elastin production.

Where is your favorite place in the world to wake up?
Anguilla, without question. We’ve been going to the Four Seasons Anguilla for 10 years—since right after we got married—and now our kids have grown up going there since they were infants.

This island is truly unlike any other. The most stunning beaches, delicious local cuisine, and the kindest people, who are so proud of their island and their culture. Anguilla is calm, uncomplicated, and full of magic.

PS I actually woke up there this morning!
